social services organization, has helped enhance the health and well-being of thousands of women and families in
Pennsylvania. The Agency oversees the delivery of basic, preventive women's health care and nutrition services
through a system-wide network of over 180 health centers in 16 counties of Pennsylvania. Health services include the
Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC); Family Planning; HealthyWoman Cancer
Screening Project; Healthy Beginnings Plus Prenatal Program and the Nurse Family Partnership.

Project. The Council is a private, non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Its mission
