This is the site of the Family Planning Council, Inc., the administrator of the Region III Infertility Prevention Project. The Council is a private, non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Its mission is to ensure the availability of high quality, comprehensive reproductive health services to low-income women, men and adolescents throughout the five-county Philadelphia area. It administers the DHHS Region III Infertility Prevention Project.
